*SPECIAL NOTE TO APPLICANTS WHO HAVE HELD/CURRENTLY HOLD INDIAN VISAS: Applicants who fall under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of India in Toronto (residents of NL, PE, NS, NB, QC - except Montreal, ON - except National Capital Region, and MB) may reapply for a visa no earlier than 2 months after the expiry date of the last visa issued.  For example, if a visa expires on December 1, 2009 the applicant may only apply for another visa after February 1, 2010.
